At AV Custom Sneakers, we are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the personalized nature of our sneakers, we cannot accept returns on personalized orders, except in the case of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the order.

  1. Custom orders
    Custom sneakers are made to your specifications and are unique to each customer. Due to this customization, we cannot accept returns or refunds for customized orders, except in the case of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the order.
  2. Manufacturing defects or non-conformity
    If you receive a customized product that has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order in terms of color, size or design, please contact us at “contact@avcustomsnkrs.com” as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
  3. Return conditions
    To be eligible for a return for a customized product due to a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, please return the product in its original packaging, together with any accessories, to the address indicated. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  4. Refunds
